My girls are very happy with their pony cycles they got for Christmas. They arrived in perfect condition, very easy to do the one attachment, and excellent quality. They are very very pretty. I bought the pink one and the one in coloured spots. I have bought the smaller ones before. Thank you for such an amazing toy...can you make flying ones next please? :o) Thank you for the most lovliest customer service too

    Thanks for your question.
    Please kindly follow below picture to find the tracking number firstly.
    You could know what series is your product and size from the tracking number. 

    For example:
    Tracking number: ****N3042******

    The product model number is N3042, N means the product is N series which you've knew this.
    N3 means the product is small size, N4 means the product is medium size, so you can choose the spring accordingly.
