The recommended age is typically 3-12 years old, although we have children of all ages, including adults, who enjoy riding it. If children are old enough to reach the pedals and possess sufficient skill to control/steer, we leave the decision to the parents.

PonyCycle® comes in different sizes, usually the size can be divided by age. Size 3 is for 3-5 years old; Size 4 is for 4-8 years old; Size 5 is for 7+ years old. Please check here to know more about how to choose the right size for your little one.

Kids just need to sit on the saddle, put their feet on the stirrups and push down to get the pony move forward. To stop, they can step on the floor or use the brake. That's it.

PonyCycle® can be ridden on all flat and smooth hard surfaces, both interior and exterior (parquet, tiles, asphalt, gravel, etc.). It can also work on thin carpet without any problem, although it requires a bit more effort to push forward on thick carpet.

Please do NOT brake on wooden floors or push the PonyCycle® when the brake is applied, as this may leave marks due to rolling friction.

Child safety has always been our first priority. For this reason, we design and construct PonyCycle® toy from exclusive, non-toxic materials. PonyCycle® meets ASTM-963 and EN-71 safety standards. Used as intended, the toy is absolutely safe and reliable. 

For child safety, we don't suggest to ride the pony on slopes.

No. For child safety, our R&D specially designed the one-way wheel to prevent the pony from going in reverse especially on slopes. 

After receiving your order, we will dispatch it within 1-2 working days via DHL. Shipping time can range from 2-10 working days (4-20 working days during peak season) after your order is shipped, depending on your location. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be handled on the following Monday, or the first working day thereafter. (Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays).

If you are not able to locate the package on your property when your tracking number shows that your package was delivered, we are happy to help. Before reaching out to us though, please review the list below for helpful tips:

1. Check the tracking number to confirm that the package was delivered to your address and not to a nearby Access Point.

2. If you live in a house, check around your property thoroughly. Couriers will occasionally leave items in a discreet area to minimize the risk of package theft. It is often also helpful to check with neighbors.

3. If you live in a building with a concierge/mail room, check to see if your package is there.

If you are still unable to locate the package after completing the above checks, please reach out to custserv@ponycycle.de noting that after completing these checks, you are still unable to locate the package. Please be sure to include your order number of the shipment that is missing. Our Customer Care Specialists will help you get your order!

Please reach out to us within 30 days of the item being marked delivered. While we are happy to assist with all loss claims, regardless of when they were filed, we cannot guarantee refunds or replacements for claims filed more than 30 days after the package was marked delivered.

In order for all products in your order to arrive at the same time, accessories are put in the pony's carton and shipped together. Please open the pony carton to find them.

We warrants that our products will be free from defects in material and workmanship occurring under normal use for a period limited to 180 days from the date of purchase. This warranty is available only to the original purchaser of the product and requires a copy of the sales receipt.

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage of any decorative accessories.
• Components, parts, or accessories not originally intended for or compatible with the pony as sold.
• Damage caused by improper assembly.
• Damage caused by improper or unauthorized repair, maintenance or storage.
• Damage caused by misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accident, abuse or other abnormal use.
• Products that have been modified or altered.
• Normal wear and tear.
• Cosmetic issues such as fading or scratching.
• Any labor charges for part replacement or repair.
• Any other cause not arising from defects in material and workmanship.
• Any loss or damage associated with commercial/rent use, over load, racing or competition.

Neither the seller nor manufacturer will be responsible or liable for any loss, damage or injury resulting from the direct or indirect use of this product or inability by the purchaser to determine proper use or application of this product.

Wheels/Saddle/Spring/Sound units are quick wear parts. They are not under warranty. Please click here and place order directly if you need new ones.

Warranty is under normal use for a period limited to 180 days from the date of purchase. 

We offer a full 30-day return policy from the purchase date. Not completely satisfied with your purchase? Just email us and we will reply with return instructions. 

Product must not be used and returned item must be in the original packaging (including the pedal protector parts) and condition it was received. That means no damage, no scratches, with original labels, using instructions, guarantee leaflets and other hangtags and wrappings are included. Refunds will not be issued for damaged product or the one without original packaging.

Refunds are only issued for the purchase price of the item(s) returned and any applicable sales tax in the original form of payment used to purchase the item. Shipping charges for both delivery and returns are not refundable.

We suggest that you ship your returns through a service that provides package tracking because we cannot issue refunds for returns that have been lost in shipping.

The most common returns are made due to wrong size choice while ordering. To avoid these extra expenses, we would recommend you to check out our size-choosing instructions before purchasing. If you have any further questions, please email custserv@ponycycle.de. 

Any replacement parts ordered are considered final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns on replacement parts.

For Non-EU countries, considering the complexity and timeliness of long-distance returns, we do not recommend returns. However, we strive to ensure that your shopping experience is worry-free and offer a same 30-day return guarantee. In the case of non-quality issues, the buyer needs to bear the return shipping costs and possible return customs clearance fees.

At this time, PonyCycle® does not price match. However, PonyCycle items that are purchased through an approved retailer are covered under the 180 days warranty.

If you are unsure about the size of your PonyCycle®, you can quickly determine it by measuring the following product parameters. When measuring, please ensure the pony is upright and free from any deformation, as this may affect the accuracy of measurements.
